It is with deep regret and profound sorrow that I write to inform members of the Royal Commonwealth Society, Hong Kong Branch that Dr Dan Waters, BBS, ISO, FRASHK passed away in Hong Kong in the early hours of Wednesday 27 January 2016.
I am sure all members will join me in extending our deepest condolences to his widow, Mrs Vera Waters and members of his family, on this sad occasion.
