Royal Commonwealth Society, Hong Kong Branch, held its Commonwealth Day Reception in the Garden Lounge of the Hong Kong Club on 13 March. Attended by 80 guests, including the Australian, British, Canadian, Indian, Malaysian, New Zealand, Nigerian, Singapore and South African Consuls General. Chairman, Peter Mann, welcomed guests and read the Commonwealth Affirmation; British Consul General, Andrew Heyn, read the Queen’s Message and President, Sir David Tang, emphasized that the Commonwealth was a ‘force for good in the world’.
