On 19 May, Royal Commonwealth Society, HK Branch, held its annual Charity Ball at the Ladies’ Recreation Club in support of the Little Life Warrior Society, helping children with cancer. Fellows and their guests enjoyed live music, dancing, a fortune teller and other entertainment. Live coverage of the Royal Wedding was an added bonus. Through an auction and lucky draw around 30,000 pounds was raised for the charity.
