Peter Mann, Chairman of RCS, HK Branch, presents a cheque for $50,000 to Manoj Dhar of IBEL. The money was raised at a charity auction held after the Commonwealth Cricket Cup at KCC. IBEL help children from ethnic minorities to learn Chinese.
